Work flow

1. The client sends a new file for translation

Either as a hard copy or by email.

2. I analyse the text and consider its context

I research the client, the sector they are involved in, and if applicable the country or context in which the translation will be used. From these initial conclusions, a cost is worked out.

3. A quotation is then sent to the client for approval

Together with any initial comments or queries I may have about the source text.

4. If the quotation is accepted, work starts on the translation, followed by revision, independent checking and proofreading and layout.

The file will be delivered by the agreed deadline.
