As soon as I began working as a translator in 1999, I was instantly drawn to the world of business and finance and the law, so much so that in the ensuing 15 years I have completed a range of post-graduate studies in those particular fields.
During that time I have been working as a full-time translator, proofreader, and editor/reviser for clients in both Spain and overseas, but have always made time to attend specialist legal, financial and business-related courses so I can improve my knowledge and keep myself up to date with the latest developments.
I pride myself on my 'can do' attitude, my reliability, and my honesty when it comes to pricing, honouring deadlines, and describing my areas of expertise. This approach has I believe helped me build a solid and loyal client base and I have been told more than once that my work fulfils "a vital role within the management team".
Mª Belén Carneiro has been working with our translation agency since 2005. After proving her competence, the high quality of her work as well as her professional attitude, she soon became one of our preferred suppliers for translations from English into Spanish of business related, IT/Telecoms, legal and financial texts.
